Jessica Simpson‘s Weight Watchers diet is boring. Jessica Simpson’s Weight Watchers diet is also getting long in the tooth. And Jessica Simpson’s Weight Watchers diet is not really real, but if it was real, everything I just said about it would be true, in my opinion. By the way, is Jessica Simpson fat? And given what we already know about Jessica Simpson’s diet and Jessica Simpson’s weight loss, is it fair to conclude that she has become a yo-yo dieter?

Why am I talking about Jessica Simpson’s Weight Watchers diet to begin with? Because, allegedly, while she is still pregnant, she is already shopping around for a diet deal for her post-pregnancy weight loss. If the deal goes through, and she does Weight Watchers, she will have an entire year to lose a lot of weight using their point-counting system. If she is successful, she would then reveal her results in a number of different ads. There is also a good chance of her becoming yet another celebrity spokeswoman. Like I said, boooring.

So, what do I personally think about this alleged deal in the making? I have my doubts that it is real. Maybe it is real. Maybe it is not. If you think about it, it does not really matter. Why not? There are three reasons. First, if you need to lose weight, you do not need somebody like her to tell you how to lose weight. In other words, you do not need a celebrity to help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Sorry, you just do not.

Second, post-pregnancy weight loss is a very personal thing. It is just one of those things that cannot be easily used by a lot of people. In other words, what might work for her could be totally useless for you, and vice versa. How to tighten loose skin after weight loss and how to increase testosterone levels are good examples of what I am talking about. In both cases, certain things work for some people, but some people do not see any results.

Third, let’s not forget one little fact, she is a celebrity. For the most part, celebrities are clueless about weight loss. Why do you think male celebrities hire personal trainers and personal chefs when they need to gain muscle mass? Why do you think female celebrities hire personal trainers and use a food delivery program of some sort when they need to lose weight? Because both groups of celebrities (male and female) do not know much about what it takes to lose weight or gain muscle mass. If you need help, either educate yourself on the subject, which is the best option, or do what celebrities do – hire professional help. [source: Us]
