Tyra’s Eating to Lose Weight Diet

Breakfast One egg, some papaya and, occasionally, a small portion of turkey sausage.

Lunch Crystal Light or tea, some protein (like braised veal) and a salad.

Snack Vegetables and onion dip.

Dinner Fish and veggies.

Tyra’s Eating to Enjoy Diet

Breakfast Sausage and gravy at IHOP and “a few bites on pancakes from someone else’s plate.�

Lunch A burger or pizza or fried chicken salad with avocado, bacon, corn – and enough ranch dressing that “it’s soppy.�

Dinner “Steak and something� and dessert.
