Why do celebrities do to lose pregnancy weight quickly? Joy: I have helped so many stars do it. They work hard. They tightly control calories, cut out junk and exercise. Scott: They have incentives (like a movie or the Oscars) to lose quickly and do so with trainers and extreme calorie reduction.
