Paul DelVecchio’s workout, while it can probably help people lose some weight, is not designed for overweight people who need to lose weight. Paul DelVecchio’s workout is for those who are already fit and want to improve their fitness level. Have you seen Paul DelVecchio shirtless? Yes, he is in an outstanding shape, which is hardly surprising given what we know about Mike Sorrentino’s workout and Ronnie Magro’s workout.

How is their exercise program relevant to what he is doing? Actually, there is difference, but my point is this: when your close friends are fit, you are likely to be fit as well. They primarily focus on gaining and maintaining muscle mass. He needs to be strong, powerful and fast, which explains why his physique is different from Ronnie’s and Mike’s. Those guys are all about the show, he is all about the function.
