Lauren Alaina‘s diet and workout are great. Can Lauren Alaina’s diet and workout help you lose 10 pounds in 3 days? Should you use Lauren Alaina’s diet and workout if your goal is to lose 20 pounds in 1 month and you do not want to use clenbuterol or any other dangerous weight-loss aids? I do not know if Lauren Alaina’s diet and workout can help you lose any amount of weight in a predetermined time period.

Why not? Because while I think that her diet and workout are pretty much excellent, I do not think it is a good idea to blindly follow somebody else’s diet. Lauren Alaina’s weight loss of 25 pounds is the real deal, by the way. Do not get me wrong, you can use her diet and workout as a starting point, but it is very important, it is crucial, in fact, that you make changes to her diet and workout to suite your fitness and nutritional goals, as well as your lifestyle.

Why? Studies show that most diets fail. Why? Because no diet is perfect. But the main reason why most diets fail is because most people seem to assume that whatever diet they pick will work for them “out of the box.” Some diets work this way, but most diets do not. Most diets require some customization. In other words, it is not about finding a perfect diet. It is about finding a diet that fits your lifestyle and personal preferences. So, what does she eat and how does she exercise? Let’s take a closer look.

Lauren Alaina’s Diet It is simple and effective for weight loss or weight maintenance. She follows a low-carb diet. Her protein choices are egg-whites, shrimp and chicken. Her vegetable choices are assorted vegetables and asparagus.

Lauren Alaina’s Workout Squats, crunches and pushups. As for her weight, as I have already mentioned, she has lost 25 pounds, but she says that she wants to lose 10 more pounds. I actually think that she probably needs to lose 15 more pounds, not just 10 pounds, but losing 10 more pounds is definitely the right thing to do. [source: Us]
