Khloe Kardashian lost 20 pounds in four weeks – are you surprised? I am not surprised that Khloe Kardashian lost 20 pounds in just four weeks. Why not? Because Khloe Kardashian’s weight loss is within an expected range of how much weight you can lose if you follow a good diet.

Okay, what I just said is not entirely true. To lose 20 pounds in 1 month, you need to lose 5 pounds per week for four straight weeks. Sure, it is possible, it is not completely out of the ordinary to achieve something like this, but it is more than double of a more reasonable and widely accepted standard of losing 2 pounds per week.

I was surprised to learn that Knloe was anorexic when she was a teenager. At that time, she did not need to lose any weight, she was actually underweight. Eventually she has gained weight, too much weight, and became overweight by about 30 pounds.

Knloe did not know how to lose weight, so her sister, the fitness “expert” Kim Kardashian, who claims she can make people fit in skinny jeans by Friday, has helped her get in shape. They exercised together five days a week and, predictably, followed a proper diet.

Khloe Kardashian’s diet has changed rather dramatically. The reason she has gained weight was because her diet primarily consisted of junk food. Of course, even if you exercise, you cannot really expect to lose weight if you continue eating high-calorie, processed foods that do not provide your body with any nutrients, so she switched from eating junk to vegetables, protein, healthy fats, and fruits.

The bottom line on how Khloe Kardashian lost 20 pounds I am very happy for her. Knloe is my favorite of the bunch, so I am glad she took control of her eating habits. Now she needs to refine and improve her diet even more, and she needs to find a better exercise program.
