What do Kevin Federline and Celebrity Fit Club have in common? Kevin Federline and Celebrity Fit Club are both very boring. What is wrong with Kevin Federline’s Celebrity Fit Club appearance? Everything! Do not get me wrong, Kevin Federline’s weight loss is something I am looking forward to, but the question is: why does he need to go on a reality show to lose weight? Can he lose weight on his own?

How Kevin Federline can lose weight without Celebrity Fit Club So how much weight do you think he can lose without some silly TV show? I do not think it is reasonable to expect that he can lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks, but assuming he needs to lose 50 pounds or more, and assuming he knows how to lose 50 pounds or more, I think he can accomplish this in about one year.

How? In three relatively simple steps that can be used to lose any amount of weight. First of all, he has to get off sugar as soon as possible. So yes, the sugar detox is a must for him. Second, he obviously needs to start moving around more, a lot more. Hello the best workout to lose weight! His overall diet has to change, which means he needs to start using the high fiber foods list.

As you can hopefully see by now, he does not need Celebrity Fit Club to lose weight. In fact, I would argue that nobody needs a TV show to lose weight, and that includes The Biggest Loser. The biggest losers are those who go on these shows for pure, well, show.

If a person was smart enough to figure out how to gain weight, which requires a concentrated effort, that same person should be smart enough to figure out how to lose the weight. I think only those people who lose weight on their own by applying what they have learned about nutrition and exercise deserve real credit for their efforts.
