When it comes to health and fitness, celebrities are not the best examples of either. Take celebrity diets, for example, some of them are okay, a few are exemplary, but most of them are jejune.

That said, just like it is possible to a good celebrity diet, it is possible to find some celebrities that know what they are talking about when it comes to getting in shape. Here is a collection of quotes from various celebrities on the subject of how celebrities get in shape:
