How celebrities gain weight – do you know? Knowing how celebrities gain weight can help you lose weight. How? Just do the opposite. We know how celebrities lose weight. Some celebrities have found a way to lose weight fast safely and effectively. Unfortunately, some Hollywood stars still put their health in danger by using clebuterol to lose weight, but this approach to weight management does not work long term.

Michael Moore’s weight loss is an example how celebrities who were overweight for a long time can turn things around and lose weight, a lot of weight. Ironically, not that long ago, Moore was an example of how celebrities gain weight.

And Moore was not the only example of how celebrities gain weight. Kevin Federline is so fat now that it is not even funny. Jon Gosselin is also fat, and if he keeps this up he is going to hit 250 pounds faster than he can say Jon and Kate Plus 8. And when that happens, is he going to try to lose 20 pounds in 20 days or is he going find a balanced diet?

So how do celebrities gain weight? They consume too many calories, that is a given, right? Sure, but it is not the whole story. For the most part, celebrities gain weight because they get all those calories from the worst possible sources: Hello junk food!

It is one thing to eat a high-calorie, grass-fed steak and a baked potato, for example – it is quite another thing, however, to get the same amount of calories from soda, french fries and a burger loaded with simple carbohydrates that send your blood sugar and insulin on a wild ride, which inevitably leads to overeating because unstable blood sugar levels make you hungry.

The other reason celebrities gain weight has to do with their delusional beliefs that are rooted in nutritional myths and poorly disguised pseudoscience. One example? Some celebrities actually think that it is possible to lose a significant amount of weight by drinking ice water or doing countless sit-ups. Here is another one; if you drink a glass of cabbage juice before each meal, you can pig-out at mealtime and not gain weight.
