According to People magazine Cameron Diaz loves French fries. If you love Cameron Diaz, I am not sure I can help you. Perhaps Gawker Stalker map could be of your interest, but I do not recommend it, it can be as addictive as good French fries.

Besides, even for your imaginary date with her, you probably want to look your best, which reminds me of high-calorie power packed in unassuming 4 ounces of French fries. I assume you have read French Fries Nutrition article and know what you are dealing with. Still, a friend of mine kept at it, now the prospect of any date for him is as elusive as Cameron Diaz, even with his high-tech stalking skills.

What can you do? First, if you crave French fries, you do not need to eliminate it from your diet. Only a few can achieve dietary perfection, a lot more people fail in pursuit of it. The truth is, that many diets place unreasonable and rather unnecessary expectations on its followers. Then, when people fail, so-called experts are quick to blame the diets.

Although many diets are as nutritionally sound as French fries, those that are good, often fail anyway. If you do not like to fail, and you love French fries, you have nothing to worry. I recommend that you designate one day in a week as your official cheat day.

No, it does not mean that you can cheat on your significant other with Cameron Diaz, as if you have a chance anyway. Even if you could, what I recommend is a lot better. On that special day, you can indulge in your favorite food, including French fries Frosty, to satisfy your cravings. I do not know about you, but why would anyone want to give up French fries Frosty for Cameron Diaz?

How does that sound? Are you a little scared? Trust me it works. No, not the French fries Frosty, but knowing that you will eat your “forbidden” favorite food, motivates many diet-warriors to follow their diet for at least 6 days in a given week.

Yes, you heard me correctly; you have to follow your diet and exercise plans for at least 6 days, to earn one cheat day. Did you really think that I would let you date Cameron Diaz and eat “digestively challenged” food without any meaningful commitment to a proper diet and exercise?

But what if you are just looking for a healthy alternative to French fries? After all, even with my blessing to indulge in it, measly 4 ounces of French fries contain 380 calories, 20g fat, 47g carbs, and arguably most disturbing amount (5g) of Trans Fat.

Remember, Cameron loves French fries. If you decide to go with my healthy alternative, it is a virtual certainty that you can forget about wining her heart. But if you ask me, the conciliation prize is not too shabby – your healthy heart.

The irony of it all is the fact that you can eat this alternative “French fries” as often as you desire, because one serving of it (5 oz) contains only 65 calories0g fat16.5g carbs4g fiber, and 0g Trans Fat. It is called Butternut Squash Fries and it is very simple to prepare.
