What is the best way to lose weight without dieting? Does the best way to lose weight without dieting even exist? Is it even possible to lose weight without dieting? Can you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks without dieting? Can you lose 10 pounds in 3 days without dieting and without clenbuterol? Can you lose 20 pounds in 1 month without dieting?

As it turns out, you can actually lose weight without changing your eating habits. I am not saying it is an easy thing to do, but it is doable. Side note: the assumption here is that you are not currently gaining weight each month. If you are gaining some weight each weeks or each month, you need to first reduce your total calorie consumption to the point where your weight does not increase. In short, before you begin, ideally, you should not be gaining or losing any weight.

Once your weight is steady, it is just a matter of increasing the number of calories you burn each day to start a steady weight loss. For about every 3500 calories you burn off, you will lose one pound. Assuming your usual daily activity stays the same and you do not want to change your eating habits, the calorie deficit has to come from exercise. To make this easier, here is a list of exercises and the approximate number of calories they burn off.

Walking at a normal speed: 280 calories per hour. Power walking (walking fast while lifting and lowering your arms): 600 calories per hour. Hiking over rough terrain: 500 calories per hour (more if you are carrying a heavy backpack). Jogging: 500 calories per hour. Golf (without a cart): 340 calories per hour. Tennis: 550 calories per hour (or more). Running (8 miles per hour or 7.5 minutes per mile): 1000 calories per hour. Tai Chi: 300 calories per hour.

These are just a few examples of the amount of calories burned by different exercises. Using these numbers, you can see that if you started power walking for 1 hour a day, six days a week, you would probably lose 1 pound per week. The bottom line is this: you can lose weight just by increasing your activity levels. However, you can lose weight faster if you also cut calories from your daily diet. In addition, you cannot lose a lot of weight this way. At some point, more exercise becomes counterproductive.
