How to lose 20 pounds, there is certainly more than one way to go about it, but the question is, what is the right way to do it?
Research shows that there is no optimal weight-loss formula that works all the time for everybody. For example, one person can lose 10 pounds rather quickly by following a low-calorie diet plan.
