Isn’t Paula Deen’s diet terrible? She is still overweight and yes, her diet is far from perfect, but it does not mean that Paula Deen’s workout has to be as bad as her diet. Can her workout help you lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks? Can her exercise program help you lose 10 pounds in 3 days?

Believe it or not, there is a good chance that you can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by following her very simple exercise program, but no, you cannot lose 10 pounds in 3 days even if you follow the best workout in the country. By now, you have probably heard that eating too many simple carbohydrates and fat can have negative consequences, to put it lightly. Nothing fancy, but her workout is very effective for anyone who needs to lose weight. It is also a great workout for anyone who does not need to lose weight. What is it? Does it involve lifting heavy weight or hiring a celebrity personal trainer? No, it does not. It is simply walking. That’s right, walking is arguably the best workout in the world, for weight loss or just for staying in shape. You do not need to spend your money on the gym or a personal trainer. If you can walk, you can follow her workout. It is as simple as that, folks.

Walking burns calories without putting too much stress on your body. It does not require a lot of time or any special equipment. You can walk practically anywhere. If, for some reason, you cannot walk outside, you can walk on a treadmill. Some might argue that walking on a treadmill is even better than walking outside. Is it true? I think so. Treadmill allows you to customize your walking experience. You can easily increase the intensity of your walk by adjusting its settings, so yes, if you have a treadmill – or if you have access to a treadmill – do not be afraid to use it, it is a great tool that can transform a simple walk into walking a more effective exercise.
