Motivation to lose 100 pounds – do you have it? What does it take to lose 100 pounds? We know how to lose 50 pounds, but losing 100 pounds is a lot harder than losing just 50 pounds. Why? Because you need to lose twice as much weight, which requires at the very least twice the effort it takes to lose only 50 pounds.

There are a number of things that can help you lose 100 pounds. What are they? The sugar detox comes to mind almost immediately. The weight loss breakfast can certainly help as well. And let’s not forget about what you need to eat on a diet to lose weight either, because if you are not aware of the steps you need to take to change your eating habits, you can forget about losing 100 pounds. Exercise is obviously very important too. What kind of exercise? It is nothing fancy; simply walking for at least 30 minutes every day can help you lose a lot of weight.

But there is one thing which arguably is more important than everything I just mentioned above. What is it? It is motivation to lose 100 pounds. Without motivation to lose 100 pounds, it does not really matter whether or not you know what to eat or what kind of exercise to use, you are not going to lose 100 pounds – or even 5 pounds for that matter – if you are not motivated to lose weight and get in shape.

Of course, motivation does not come pre-packaged in a pretty little box with a purple ribbon. We are all different. My motivation to lose 100 pounds is likely to be different from your motivation to lose 100 pounds. But the question is: Can Google Street View help people lose 100 pounds? As it turns out, it can.

The guy in the picture above has lost 100 pounds after he saw a picture of himself on Google Street View. What did he do to lose weight? The details are a bit sketchy, but to lose weight he has made changes to his diet and started following a strict exercise program. So this guy was motivated to lose weight only after he saw his picture online, which is fine; as I have already mentioned, we are all motivated to do things in different ways, but does he have a mirror at home?
