When it comes to health and fitness, celebrities are not the best examples of either. Take celebrity diets, for example, some of them are okay, a few are exemplary, but most of them are jejune.
That said, just like it is possible to a good celebrity diet, it is possible to find some celebrities that know what they are talking about when it comes to getting in shape. Here is a collection of quotes from various celebrities on the subject of how celebrities get in shape:
“Sleep, and drink lots of water!” Rosario Dawson.
“I lug an enormous bag everywhere I go. Two bottles of water, books and my whole makeup arsenal make it really heavy!” Kelly Bensimon.
“My Pilates teacher taught me something called Pilates walking, where you walk with good posture and you keep your abs really tight. So, even as you walk, you’re essentially doing crunches.” Jaime King.
“I clean my house and vacuum obsessively every day. It’s the best exercise. If you don’t like to work out, it’s just about being active.” Shannen Doherty.
“Boxing keeps me tight. I feel like I can eat as much as I want, because I sweat so much.” Helena Christensen.
“If I don’t have to be somewhere, as a habit, I get up and put on my workout clothes. Then, if an opportunity to exercise presents itself, I don’t have to make that extra step.” Veronica Webb.
“If I have to get in shape, I just drink juices of greens. Everything that’s green in my kitchen – I put it all in a blender and drink it!” Kat Deluna.
“Growing up, I lived in Paris for a little bit, and I learned to eat like the French women. Food is like a delicacy. They have a little bit. You just eat until you’re full.” Olivia Palermo.
“If I have to lose weight superfast, I won’t eat after 4 or 5 o’clock. It’s awful, but it totally works!” Anna Farris.
“I do chair pose from yoga in the shower, because it makes you elongate your torso.” Carrie Ann Inaba.
“I have been doing Pilates for nine years. But I think 90 percent of it is what you eat, so I eat healthy and I snack smart. I try to eat every two to four hours.” Brooke Burke.
“When we go on hikes, I’ll try to carry one of the kids.” Angie Harmon.
