Because given what we know about her alleged desire to lose 15 pounds, it seems unreasonable to assume that Ali Fedotowsky’s diet would be a good example of a sensible diet plan. In addition, it is hardly a secret that it is virtually impossible to find a proper celebrity diet.

And yet, despite all of this, Ali Fedotowsky’s diet is actually very good. In fact, I am almost ready to make a claim that Ali Fedotowsky’s diet is one of the best celebrity diets I have seen lately, but before I do that, I want to see if she can follow her own diet to lose 15 pounds. Is her diet plan unique? Let’s take a closer look at her weight-loss menu.

Ali Fedotowsky’s diet deconstructed No, her diet plan is not special. Why not? Because it is based on old diet rules, which means that for most people (count me in, too), it is not going to be easy to get excited about her eating plan. Having said that, does it really matter whether or not her weight-loss diet is as boring as clenbuterol or as exciting as the new season of The Next Food Network Star? No, it does not. The only thing that matters to me is the fact that she has chosen to follow the right diet.

So, what does Ali eat? According to a source, she is on a high-protein diet, which usually means that each meal always contains some protein and a certain amount of complex carbohydrates. In her case, the source claims that in addition to keeping a close eye on her daily calorie consumption, she eats a lot of egg-whites, which is great because they are low in calories and high in lean protein.

As for exercise, since she does not need to lose a lot of weight, she has chosen running. The same source claims that she runs every day. She has only recently started dieting and exercising to lose weight, so at this point it is not clear if she has lost any weight yet, but I am sure we will know soon enough if her weight-loss plan is working.
