Nicole Eggert lost weight – does anyone care? I am glad that Nicole Eggert lost weight, but has she finally learned how to lose weight permanently or is she going to pull a Kirstie Alley in about a year or so? I hope Nicole Eggert lost weight for good this time, and I hope she has really learned what it takes to lose weight without depriving yourself and what it takes to keep the lost weight off. Because if she has not learned anything, the weight will come back, and there is a pretty good chance that she will gain back more weight than she has lost.
While we already know how Nicole Eggert lost weight, it is unclear how much she has lost. In a recent interview, she said that she does not pay attention to the scale and does not even use the scale, but it sounds like she is still trying for a mommy makeover, which seems to suggest that she has not reached her goal weight yet.
Speaking of said interview, here is an excerpt from it:
How do you stay motivated to exercise? I go hiking. I do ExerciseTV.
Have the Kardashians given you any workout tips? Kim does a boot camp and she and I went hiking a few times. Hiking is the best all-around workout because you can meditate through it.
Has your daughter, Dilyn, helped you stay on track? We cook a lot. So she likes good food like vegetables. I am lucky that I don’t have a kid who is ever asking me for drive-thru food. And she goes hiking with me sometimes.
Do you have a body icon? Heidi Klum is pretty amazing. She does it all and still looks amazing! She has a happy family and she is a career woman but still looks like a teenager.
Was it hard having your body scrutinized after Baywatch? When you take care of the inside, it’s easier to take care of the outside. That’s what made me realize that the weight really is no big deal. [If] you go through some rough times and all you have is a little bit of weight on you, then you are doing really well.
What can fans expect from your upcoming workout video, Nicole Eggert’s 21-day Red-hot Bikini Makeover? I knew that I didn’t want to be one of those girls in spandex, not even breaking a sweat. It’s going to be more realistic and I’m doing it with my trainer. I am very excited.
Are you working toward a goal weight? No. It’s all about how you feel. I don’t use the scale. I just want to keep going. [via]
