Kourtney Kardashian‘s pregnancy diet is not bad. Kourtney Kardashian’s pregnancy diet is also balanced, sort of, but can Kourtney Kardashian’s diet help you not gain a lot of pregnancy weight? Why wouldn’t you wan to gain a lot of weight during pregnancy? Isn’t it a perfect time to gain some weight? Because if you do gain a lot of unnecessary weight, there is a very good chance that after giving birth you will be trying to figure how to tighten loose skin after weight loss. In addition, some people try to lose 21 pounds in 21 days, because they want to get rid of their pregnancy weight as quickly as possible, which is not a healthy thing to do.
Given what we know about Kourtney Kardashian’s diet, Kourtney Kardashian’s workout and Kourtney Kardashian’s weight loss, I am not surprised by her pregnancy diet. This is not her first rodeo. She knows her body and she knows what it takes to lose pregnancy weight. That having been said, I am not sure she realizes that it will be harder to lose pregnancy weight second time. Why? Because she is older now. And also because it is always harder for the body to snap back the second or third time.
So, what does she eat now? She snacks on almonds, which is a pretty good snacking choice, but almonds – and all nuts in general – are high in calories, so she needs to be careful. For breakfast, she makes oatmeal with honey. She does not use one of those instant oatmeal packets, she uses steal-cut oats, which is good, because the stuff from the packets is very high in sugar. That having been said, when it comes to other snacks, her choices are questionable, to put it lightly.
I am talking about ginger ale with crackers, Double Stuf Oreos, and mini doughnuts. Yeah, not the best snacking choices for anyone, let alone for someone who is pregnant. I assume it is Scott’s fault that she is double-stuffing herself with Oreos. I mean, have you seen Scott Disick? He looks so metrosexual that even a thought of him stuffing anything other than an empty yogurt can makes me want to reach for a ginger ale to help keep nausea at bay. Joking aside, she is doing fine. And Disick is not so bad, in extremely limited quantities. [source: OK!]
