Baby Food Diet Cleanse

The Baby Food Diet Cleanse vs. sugar detox – which plan works better for weight loss? Since most celebrities do not how to lose weight fast, when they need to lose weight quickly, they usually turn to celebrity personal trainers for help. The Baby Food Diet Cleanse has been designed and developed by a famous personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, who is known for helping Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow get in shape and lose weight, but should you use the Baby Food Diet Cleanse to lose weight?

In my opinion, a simple sugar detox is more effective than this or any other cleanse. It does not mean, however, that the Baby Food Diet Cleanse is completely useless. Allegedly, Jennifer AnistonLady Gaga and Reese Witherspoon have used the Baby Food Diet Cleanse to lose weight quickly, and since they all look trim and fit, it seems logical to assume that the Hollywood’s weight-loss Holy Grail (a.k.a. clenbuterol) has finally met its match, right?

Not so fast. First of all, the said celebrities all deny using the Baby Food Diet Cleanse to lose weight. Second, before we jump to any conclusions, let’s see what Anderson says about her creation. “Liquid cleanses do help you lose weight, but you will gain more the next week,” she says. “I felt a responsibility to come up with something else. I developed a cleanse with pureed food. I was very careful about the foods I put in it. I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity and break bad habits but still have your digestive system going,” says Anderson.

No diet pill can help you break bad eating habits. If the Baby Food Diet Cleanse really can help people change their eating habits for the better, maybe this eating plan deserves a little more respect. Let’s take a closer look at how the Baby Food Diet Cleanse works.

Despite its name, you do not need to start clearing an additional space in your pantry for the baby-food jars. The plan does not call for eating baby food from your local supermarket. You eat vegetable and fruit purees, smoothies and soups that you need to prepare from fresh foods. You cannot eat grains or dairy of any kind, but you can eat when you feel hungry. You are also allowed to eat a normal dinner, but it should consist of lean protein (preferably fish) and vegetables.

As far as I understand, the Baby Food Diet Cleanse is not a replacement for a normal diet, and according to Anderson, this cleanse should be followed only for a few days to jump-start your weight loss. [source: Life and Style]
