Carmen Electra has been a dancer, singer, actress, TV host, and celeb wife (twice), but she is probably best known for being one of the hottest chicks on the planet, as well as indorsing NV diet pills.

In her Cosmopolitan interview, she answered some questions about her body and workout.

Do you have a lot of body confidence?

I actually more body confidence than I do self-confidence. As a dancer, you learn to communicate with your body, and that’s always felt comfortable for me.

But when I was in school, if I had to get up in front of the class and give a book report, I’d be petrified. I was shy. Now you can’t shut me up!

Do you work out a lot?

I used to work out every single day. I can get a bit obsessive. You feel like as long as you’ve gone to the gym, you’re fine. Then you obsess about it on the days you don’t go. Now I’m trying to be easier on myself.

I’ve been doing a lot of yoga lately, which I love. It helps me shut off my mind because I’m an overthinker. And I’ve been going to this meditation place, which helps because I can’t sit still. I’ve also started taking belly-dancing lessons.

It’s different from other forms of dance I’ve studied. It’s about controlling and letting go at the same time. There could be some practical uses for that, if one were dating!
