Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi‘s weight is out of control. Nicole Polizzi’s weight is normal. Nicole Polizzi’s weight is entering a potentially dangerous territory. Nicole Polizzi’s weight is perfect. This is just a small sample of what I have heard about Nicole Polizzi’s weight. As the saying goes, opinions are like a durian fruit, okay, I am not going to go there, but I hope you get my drift. So, what is really going on with Nicole Polizzi’s weight? Is it really out of control? Is Nicole Polizzi skinny? Is she getting too skinny?
Given what we know about Nicole Polizzi’s diet, Nicole Polizzi’s workout and Nicole Polizzi’s weight loss, her weight is not getting close to a dangerous territory. In fact, at least in my opinion, it is entering a potentially healthy territory. She used to be overweight, which is not healthy. Now she is making an effort to lose weight and keep the lost weight off, which is a healthy thing to do, assuming she is not doing anything to artificially accelerate the process.
Yes, I am talking about clenbuterol, which is probably something her male friends – a.k.a. “juiced gorillas” – drink every morning instead of a morning coffee. Obviously, I am kidding, they would never do anything to enhance their physique, except following a strict diet and lifting heavy weight, oh and tanning. Joking aside, I am happy that her weight is finally getting there. The only question is: Will it stay there? Will her weight stay down and slightly under 100 pounds, which is fine for her since she is only 4’9″ or is she going to gain the lost weight back in a relatively short time?
I think she will be fine, at least for awhile. If she is consistent with her diet and workout, she will be able to maintain her weight. If she is not consistent, she might gain some weight back. If she really lets go, there is a pretty good possibility that she might gain back even more than she has lost, which is not all that uncommon. Some people gain back more weight than they have lost in the first place. I hope it does not happen to her. I want to see her being able to maintain a healthy weight range for a long time.
