I suppose if enough people anecdotely express satisfaction with this product and there are no dissenters, then that is worth something but you have to be very careful in judging this product effective until FURTHER controlled studies support it. The &quot;placebo effect&quot; is huge. ie. when we THINK something will work we humans have a way of influencing the ourcome.</description>

		<description>About a month now,with a week break taking ZMA and i have noticed no more or the same gains from the first week, and now i am in and out of sleep again,i cannot tell if it is stress related or from the ZMA.I will discontinue ZMA at this time.</description>

		<description>I have been taking ZMA for two weeks now ,working out 5 days a week and have noticed a few changes.My sleep is definitely deeper and takes longer to wake-up but the first week i was in and out of sleep,i have also noticed strength and mass increases, as well as my temper.I can say this has boosted my test levels at least 10%,but i cannot say the outcome of taking this will be the same for everybody.I have experienced no real side-effects other than increased hair growth,a few small zits and temper,i eat cellary and (no-calcium)peanut butter before bed with ZMA,i will continue to take ZMA ,but i will cycle it every two weeks to give my body a break.cheers!</description>

		<description>my expericence with zma has been short one , but will continue . i work nights in the ER , i really don&#039;t sleep that much during the day, it&#039;s very hard to get the right sleep pattern. so i reading about zma, it works really good for working out as well for  making me feel more alert. I think my testosterone levels were low. i have more energy too.</description>

		<description>My experience with ZMA over the years has been great, but sometimes hit or miss.  Never am I on an empty stomach so taking this before bed is impossible.  I take mine during my usual mid-night trip to the bathroom.  I have always noticed an immediate increase in strength in the gym when supplementing with ZMA.  Although at times I have had problems with toxicity.  I am unsure if this is from too much Zinc, or magnesium??  So I just take two tabs instead of three.
