Work Out Show on Bravo Is a Gem

It is 3% Body Fat, 97% Drama, and it does not get any better than that. Cute vixens, handsome guys, engaging personalities, all wrapped up in a new reality series “Work out” on a Bravo channel. “Work Out” seems to follow a typical reality show formula, yet it looks surprisingly promising.
In an unexpected contrast, to mostly entertaining value of other reality shows, “Work Out” is “seasoned” with quality diet and fitness information. If you are a consciousness-reality-show-objector like me (nah whom am I kidding?), and cannot watch the show for some reason, you can pick up some useful diet and fitness tips on their website.
The site promises more diet and fitness tips in a future, but for now you will find short, but to the point workout videos. They show a proper and effective technique for lunges, abdominal, biceps, and treadmill exercises.

My name is Sheila and I love looking at your show. I am very impressed with the way you push a person to perform at their highest limit to achieve goals far beyond what they can ever imagine. I have been trying to lose weight for years since my two boys. My sons are 16 and and 8yrs of age. I am not extremely out of shape. However, I am not at were I want to be. I do work out on a basis at least 3 to 4 times at week. 30 mins a day. I do eat in moderation. I weight between 178 to 184 lbs. up and down. My dream desire is to be at 150. I am 5′8 in height and 40 years of age. Can you help me. I live in Plantation, florida (Fort Lauderdale). I see your show all the time. I miss Doug, he was quit a guy.

Hi there –
I’ve been watching your show and find you and your staff down right inspirational. Today I find myself more than 100lbs overweight struggling with a newly diagnosed heart condition. The largest I’ve ever been in my life was 147 that seems like a lifetime ago. I know that girl still lives in me, and I WANT HER BACK!!!!!!!! I’m terrified that I’ll be this unhealthy forever, yet I can’t seem to motivate myself to do anything about it. I’ve trained my brain to be lazy and my body has given up fighting. I truly believe that diet and exercise is my answer I just need someone to help me get started.
So my question to Jackie is: Is there a personal trainer in the South Orange County area that you could/would recommend? I live in Ladera Ranch but work close to Irvine perhaps you know of a person around these areas.
Thank you for your time and all that you do to better the lives of others. God Bless
