Why Do You Eat Junk Food?

Why do you eat junk food? When that question was posed in a recent study, 73 percent of Americans said they do so because junk food is convenient. If that’s your rationale, do not let easy-to-grab junk food pack on the pounds.
Instead make healthy foods convenient by buying pre-cut and washed veggies, keeping little baggies of nuts or boxes of raisins in your purse at all times and keeping a bowl of apples (which are available pretty much year-around ) on your desk and kitchen so they are easy to grab.
At home, have cut-up fruits and veggies on the shelves in the fridge you can see. Another option is to buy healthier versions of your favorite junk food like low-cal, sugar-free cookies, crackers or ships and keep those on hand.
