Whitney Port: Diet and Workout

Whitney Port: Diet and Workout“In college, I gained 25 pounds,” says the 5-foot-10 Whitney Port. Since slimming to 115, Whitney, 22, says, “I’ve tried to stay in shape no matter what the season.”

And training for two months with Lauren Conrad and trainer Jarett Del Bene helped with the only things that still made her self-conscious: lack of muscle and “my love handles.”

Today, she says, “I’m satisfied with my body. I feel healthy and strong.”

Diet Her only eating rules are to try to stay away from carbs, sugar and fried food.

Workout Since her weeks of gym sessions with Del Bene, Port has taken it to the street, going on walks and long bike rides. [source: Us Weekly]

115 lbs at 5′10″ is not healthy

theres no way she is 115 pounds…she looks normal..and I would image that being 5′10 and 115 pounds would look a lot slimmer than that. Whitney looks wonderful, so I’m assuming she’s at a more healthy weight.

Have you seen a full body shot of her? She’s tiny! Her legs are like toothpicks! She does pull it off though, she seems like the nicest on The Hills..

She totally lying! She would look emaciated at 115 lbs; she weighs at least 130. I’m almost as tall as her at 5′ 9″ and I weigh 145 and don’t look much heavier than her (but I’ll give you the camera really does add 10 lbs). Tall girls tend to lie about their weight though. I think it’s because the number sounds scary when you see all these average height girls saying they weigh around 100 lbs. She shouldn’t be ashamed of the number though because she looks great!
