I'm a big guy- 6'2" 308 pre clen, 3 three week cycles have brought me down to 279. I have suffered from almost non-stop migraines for almost 8 years, so exercise is a difficult option. I feared clen would make my headaches even worse, but that hasn't been the case. The only discernable side effects have been an elevated temperature, usually about 100.5 degrees, and weight loss. First pill I took, I woke up in the middle of the night with the MOST excruciating headache of my life. It really scared me. No hangover headache had ever compared with this doozy. I threw the bottle away immediately even though I had paid alot for them. I wanted to slap myself for being so stupid and trying something so dangerous.
