Some studies seem to indicate that consuming more biotin may increase nail thickness by as much as 25 percent and improve skin’s ability to hydrate itself.

But do you really need biotin supplements? No, not really, you can get the benefits of biotin form your diet.

Snack on biotin-rich food (1/2 cup of peanuts, 1 cup of yogurt or half an avocado) daily should do the trick.
