While most people struggle to cut back on calories, Zach Schluender, one of Team USA’s top Olympic weight lifters, has to make sure he is eating enough. Why?
In order to maximize size and strength while fueling his world-class workouts, the 6′3″, 275-pound Schluender needs to take in 6,000 to 7,000 calories a day.
