Eat Smaller Meals Throughout the Day

Skinny chicks almost never eat more than about 500 calories at any one time. They spread their calories out into three meals and a number of snacks throughout the day. To ensure you do this it’s so important to learn about the foods we eat and make healthy choices.

Concentrate on How Eating Well and Exercise Make you Feel

This is something skinny chicks focus on when they’re tempted to eat something bad or not exercise. They really love having a body they love.

Alternately, they often talk about how eating badly or not exercising made them feel sick physically and made them depressed emotionally. Knowing this, they’re inspired to stay on course.

Work in the Yummy Stuff

Whether it’s a few Oreo cookies or a small packet of chips, many skinny chicks make sure they work a little bit of the yummy stuff they just gotta have into their daily diet.

This, they say, is the best way to make sure they don’t feel deprived and therefore, less likely to jump off the healthy bandwagon in desperation looking for the nearest doughnut shop.

When you Reach your Goal, Keep it Going

Because skinny chicks don’t “diet,” there’s no end to what they’re doing. At no point do they go “back to normal” because eating well and exercising is normal for them.

Meanwhile, once skinny chicks hit their body goals, they just keep on going. They don’t stop. They may raise their calorie intake to stop losing weight, but overall their lifestyle is a lifelong commitment, not a short-term mission.
