Weight Loss Motivation
Hello,
I went on Weight Watchers and went running for 30 mins 3-4 times a week and felt a great difference in my shape and fitness level. I then got distracted and it has now been 6 months since I made any real effort to get in shape. I tried Weight Watchers and walking for 2 weeks recently but I didn’t see as dramatic a difference as quickly so I lost motivation. Have you any tips for giving that extra boost to weight loss? I have a ball to go to in 3 weeks and would love to de-bloat my tummy (Wouldn’t we all!).
