Weight Loss breakfast – real or not? Does a weight loss breakfast exist? What is a weight loss breakfast? I am sure different people would define a weight loss breakfast differently, but for me, a weight loss breakfast is simply what I eat every morning. I do not need to lose weight, if you do, read the what to eat on a diet and how to lose 20 pounds in 1 month posts, the point is, however, regardless of how much weight you need to lose, it is extremely important to supply your body with quality nutrients first thing in the morning, and that is the purpose of the weight loss breakfast.

Weight loss breakfast deconstructed 1.5 cups of liquid egg whites, one whole egg, four large mushrooms (chopped), three cups of spinach (if you do not like spinach, use any other leafy greens), 0.25 cup of wheat bran, hot sauce (optional), three teaspoons of quality pasta sauce, such as Mario Batali’s Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce (optional) – combine all ingredients on a frying pan, put a lid on it and cook it on a low heat for about seven minutes (without turning), or until the wheat bran rises and looks cooked.

Yes, it is an omelet, a very large omelet. How many calories does it contain? I have no idea, and I do not care. But I know this: If you are serious about losing weight in 7 days, and you have been eating sugary cereal for breakfast (or you have been skipping breakfast), this omelet represents the best weight loss breakfast out there.

Why? Because it gives your body quality nutrients, it tastes great, and it should keep you full and away from snacking on things you should not be snacking on until lunch. What more could you ask for?
