hello i am 16 years old(male) and i weigh 14 stones and i need help with what diet i need to follow and also the diet i want to follow should also have a weight routine which could get me loads of ripped muscles and get rid of the fat around my love handles and also have a six pack and also i would want my body overall after the training to look about half a stone to one stone lighter and also i want to have about 10%/less than 10% bodyfat overall around my body.

Focus on adopting healthy eating habits, which will help you lose weight. You don’t have to follow a particular diet, but it is important to find an eating plan that you would be comfortable with, so that you can stick with it long-term.

Before you can have “loads of ripped muscles”, you have to have sufficient muscle mass. Start lifting weights three times a week and focus on mass-building exercises.

As for getting your bodyfat to less than 10%, six-pack abs, and love handles – do not worry about that right now – all of those things will come to you when the time is right.
