He was only talking about the sugar and the carbs so from that aspect it might be better to drink coca-cola, But yes coca-cola does not have vitamins or minerals......common sense people..use it!!

This article is stupid and plain nonsense. Watermelon juice can be good for anyone and does not need 10 servings to make it.

This article seems like it was written by a school child ?! Watermelon,or any type of fruit or vegetable juice would be a better choice than soda. Fruit and vegetable juices contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, nutrients our bodies need. Soda does NOT. I think this article is giving bad information.

10 servings of watermelon to make 1 cup of juice? Are you sure about that? Watermelon contains a LOT of ummm... water. Depends on your definition of "serving" as well, but it seems like 10 servings would make a PITCHER of juice.

Hiya

Watermelon juice also has a lot of vitamins and mierals which our body requires. Coco cola has only sugar so its calories are empty calories.

If given a choice it is always better to drink fruit juice rather than soft drinks.

Thank you
