Just because you think you are deficient in certain nutrients, does not mean you need to start taking nutritional supplements.
Only a blood test can definitively show that you have a deficiency. Taking nutritional supplements, even if they come from natural sources, can be harmful. Why? Because high levels of B12 are toxic, and can lead to a number of side effects.
