Vin Diesel’s Workout

Do you happen to know how Vin Diesel’s workout looks like? I’ve been lifting weights for 1 year with good results. [...] I’m going for his physique and my brother told me Vin gained like 20 pounds fast for The Fast and the Furious movie. [...] What roids did he use? Thanks! Steve. - - via Ask Questions

Vin Diesel WorkoutVin Diesel’s workout is mostly based on free weights and basic, compound movements – more on that a little later. Let’s talk about “roids” first.

Vin Diesel had a great physique before he was an actor. He used to be a bouncer and that is when he started to workout, which was a while ago. What makes you think he was using anabolic steroids?

True, there was a rumor about that, but as far as I know, it is false. Even if he did, anabolic steroids are illegal! If you think they are a shortcut to muscle mass, you are mistaken. There are no shortcuts, unless you are genetically gifted.

Even if you are genetically blessed, it still takes a lot of hard work and dedication to build great physique. If you are trying to gain mass, the best “roids” are protein, vegetables and fruits. As for Vin Diesel’s workout, I do not have his detail workout routine.

However, it is known that he prefers free weights and moderate cardio exercises. It has been reported in the media, that Vin Diesel’s workout is catered around his movie roles – he trained with UFC and Brazilian Jujitsu athletes and was not shy to attend yoga and Pilates classes.

He is an actor, so his training goals are likely to be different from yours. Continue what you are already doing. It seems to be working for you, so stick with it. If your goal is to gain muscle mass, pay attention to your nutrition, use productive exercises, and make sure that you eat at least 500 calories above your maintains.

That rumor is not true , cuz if he uses anabolic steroids it'll be too obvious and changing too , but his body is fixed and perfectly natural .
