What does Victoria Beckham do to lose a little bit of weight? She drinks aloe vera juice, allegedly. Gross!
To drop 4 pounds, Victoria has reportedly been downing not one, but three bottles of aloe vera juice a day.
There is very little scientific evidence that drinking this juice has any health benefits. I am pretty sure it does not aid weight loss either. [source: Life & Style]
