Hello, I’m 21, mother of a beautiful 2 yr old. like most i have been trying to get rid of the extra weight so i came across the velocity diet, very interesting, it seems to work for a lot of people and would wanna try it myself. my question is what do the shakes include besides the Low-carb protein powder, fish oil, fiber? what fruits work best? water? milk?

Before I answer your question, I would like to warn you that the Velocity diet is a rather extreme diet. Why? Because it severely restricts carbohydrates, so it is not an easy diet to follow.
Velocity diet plan does not permit fruits or milk. To make your shakes, you should use plain water or ice cubes. When you are finished with the Velocity diet plan, you can and should start consuming fruits. Start with berries and gradually branch out to eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
