I love Vanessa Williams‘ workout. In stark contrast to her diet, Vanessa Williams’ workout does not require a lot of money to follow. While there is nothing special about Vanessa Williams’ workout, it is one of the reasons why I like it so much. It is simple and effective, what else can you ask for from an exercise program?

To stay in shape and maintain her weight, the size-4, 5-foot-6 Vanessa has chosen a very smart exercise strategy. I am talking about doing weight training and cardio at least three times a week. In addition, she also does a salsa workout and yoga. The salsa workout is a little strange (it is called Zumba), but hey, if it works for her, I do not have a problem with it.

I really do not have anything else to say about Vanessa Williams’ workout. The only thing to remember here is the fact that even the best exercise program in the world is not going to work if your diet does not reflect your nutritional needs. Focus on getting your diet in order first, and then find an exercise program that you are comfortable with.
