		<description>It&#039;s like any other time. If you stay active and pay attention weight gain is not a problem. Those that have a problem at home find the same on vacation. We went on a long cruise. I ran 1 hour a day on the deck, she walked as I ran. We never joined the feeding frenzy at mealtime. I lost a pound and she stayed the same and the vacation was FABULOUS! We NEVER felt deprived. But we are unusual. We don&#039;t make excuses and we don&#039;t play at being a victim.</description>
