Tyra Banks can’t attribute her recent weight loss of 30 pounds to just hard work. When she appeared on The View on April 26, Tyra showed Rosie O’Donnell her jiggle-free secret – Spanx!

(Tyra has admitted to wearing Spanx on 80 percent of her own talk show’s episodes).

“I’m trying to get rid of some of this in my booty so I don’t have to wear Spanx,” she said about the girdlelike undergarments. “But I’m not going to obsess.”

In fact, Tyra’s thighs have always been her weak spot. “She’s always focused on her thighs,” says her former trainer, Harry Hanson, of Hanson Fitness in NYC.

According to a celebrity trainer Jim Ryno, to get a body like Tyra’s one would need a 45-minute does of cardio every other day, starting with a five-minute warm-up on the treadmill.

To get the heart pumping and to burn fat, Ryno says to sprint for one minute and then walk for three minutes. Repeat the cycle 10 times and end with a short cooldown. [source: Life & Style]
