A set of washboard abs in no time flat? Many people would have loved to perfect their bellies with the tummy Shrink Lift – a new procedure by Newport Beach, Calif., cosmetic surgeon Dr. Thomas Barnes that’s said to eliminate bulges in less than 30 minutes and requires only a few days to recover.

The tummy Shrink Lift is a long-lasting technique that involves poking a hole in the bikini line to loosen the skin in the lower belly.

If excess fat needs to be removed, Dr. Barnes uses liposculpture to flatten the area. He then uses a radiowave device to heat the skin, stimulating collagen production and shrinking the tissue beneath the surface.
