Trista Sutter Lost Weight

Trista Sutter lost weight, again. How much weight has she lost? How fast has she lost weight? Getting her pre-pregnancy body back was not easy. While being pregnant with a second child, she has gained 43 pounds. When she realized that her weight has hit 153 pounds, she worried she would have a very hard time losing weight.
Why was she worried? Because she knew she could not lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. The celery diet was not an option either. She realized that losing 43 pounds is not going to be easy, but given her previous experience with dieting, she felt confident that she will be able to do it.
How Trista Sutter lost weight Instead of being obsessed with something like the high fiber foods list or trying to find the best workout to lose weight, in addition to weight lifting sessions with her personal trainer three times a week, she simply started walking for 45 minutes each day, which incidentally is the best exercise program for weight loss (walking and weight training), plus sugar detox, which she did not do.
Of course, Trista knew that exercise alone is not enough to lose 43 pounds. While she decided not to exclude any foods from her diet, she did focus on strict portion control and counting calories to make sure that she does not consume more than 1,750 calories a day.
