I think so, in fact, I would go as far as to say that Trevor Donovan’s shirtless look is one of the best I have seen in the past, oh, I do not know, 3 months. Let’s just hope he is not on the Kim Kardashian’s QuickTrim diet.
A shirtless Trevor Donovan clearly sports pretty awesome abs, his chest, shoulders and arms also look great. To look this way, you have to know what you are doing in the diet and exercise department. Is he a gym rat? Does he obsess constantly about what he eats? I hope not. It is possible to have a smoking body by simple following a sensible diet and a moderate exercise program.
Having said that, his overall physical development is just barely above average of someone who is probably genetically gifted. He can look better, a lot better, but to accomplish that, it does take more than just eating “clean” and lifting weights.
