She lost her pregnancy weight pretty quickly. It took her only 6 weeks to lose 30 pounds that she has gained during pregnancy. Can an average woman expect to lose 30 pounds in just 6 weeks? Probably not. Why not? Because in order to lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks, one needs to be able to lose 5 pounds a week, which does not sound like much, except the fact that according to an accepted weight-loss standard an average person can expect to lose about 2 pounds a week. In other words, she has lost weight at the twice an average rate, which, given what she does for a living, is hardly surprising.

Recently, she has made a comment that offended a lot of women. She said that “a lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to let their bodies go.” Is it true? Probably not.
