Tori Spelling Diet Plan

Tori Spelling’s diet plan is surprisingly decent. Do not get me wrong, Tori Spelling’s diet plan can be improved, but it does contain a good amount of calories, and it is not overly restrictive. How can Tori Spelling’s diet plan can be even better? I think it should include a wider variety of vegetables, fruits and proteins.
In addition, her diet is not really complete without an exercise plan. She does not exercise, but to her credit, her fitness routine is kidcentric, which does help her stay physically active.
Here is how Tori Spelling’s diet plan looks like:
Breakfast (up to 412 calories) “I eat cereal with some almond slivers,” says Tori. She pairs cereal with almond or soy milk.
Lunch (about 600 calories) Midday, she typically has a sandwich or a wrap. “I love turkey, Cheddar and avocado wraps, sometimes with turkey bacon,” she says.
Dinner (up to 600 calories) “We are meat eaters – we grill a lot,” says Tori. Which meat dishes are particularly popular at her home? Steak or lamb chops with grilled veggies. “Sometimes we make our own burgers, which is always fun for the kids,” she says.
Snacks (about 431 calories) “I’m a huge avocado person,” says Tori. Her daughter Stella also loves the fruit – it was Tori’s go-to snack when pregnant. “I take avocado with melba toast, and I mash it up and add a little salt – sometimes with string cheese,” she says.
In addition, Tori stocks up on bananas, avocados, almonds and string cheese, but when she wants to splurge, she goes for sweets – like rocky road ice cream. “We make s’mores and fruit-and-marshmallow kebabs with the kids when we grill,” she says.
