Tip to Lose Weight: stay away from the kitchen.
Problem: You raid the refrigerator as soon as you get home from work. You are “starved” long before dinner is ready.
So you snack until the table is set. By the time you are ready to sit down, you are already full, but eat anyway.
Solution:
1) Unless you are the cook, stay out of the kitchen.
2) Post a sign reminding you to hand on just a little longer.
