Tip to Lose Weight: stay away from the kitchen.
Problem: You raid the refrigerator as soon as you get home from work. You are “starved� long before dinner is ready.
So you snack until the table is set. By the time you are ready to sit down, you are already full, but eat anyway.
Solution:
1) Unless you are the cook, stay out of the kitchen.
2) Post a sign reminding you to hand on just a little longer.
