The so-called thin diet has been described many times, but the truth is that the thin diet is not a diet at all. What is the thin diet? It can be anything, really, most of the time it is something that makes you, well, thin.

Usually, when people talk about the thin diet, they talk about calorie-shifting or counting calories, healthy food choices and things of that nature. But I bet you had no idea that the thin diet has a digital component to it. What am I talking about it? Here is the deal.
