How does the Writing Diet work? Part diet, part therapy. By writing what you are thinking every time you eat (and whenever you want to eat), you can identify those feelings that send you straight to the cookie jar.

Does the Writing Diet work? Keeping a food journal is certainly not a new concept. Do we need a whole new book on this subject? I am not sure. Having said that, this diet book is not about writing a typical food journal. It takes it to a whole new level that some people might find very useful.
