But what if you are a Bollywood star, reportedly labeled as one of the most beautiful women in the world? Well, a PhD in weight loss and eating disorders could come in handy. In the case of Aishwarya Rai, she went on weight loss rollercoaster to please her directors. They made her lose weight, gain weight and lose it again for her movie roles, the paper reported.
She lost 22 pounds in three days, but I am a bit skeptical about this claim. To lose that much weight in only three days is hard enough, the real challenge is to maintain it for an extended period. Is it impossible? No, it is not. Will I tell you how to do it? I think you already know the answer.
According to the paper, a training program was designed for Aishwarya Ray, every morning she wakes up at 4 a.m. to workout. She must be a morning person.
